Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via well known supply chain companies such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS and Emirates Post (for Registered Parcel's). All shipments are fully covered by insurance by the shipping agents. makes all efforts to ensure that your parcel arrives to you in perfect condition. will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipping to "Freight Forwarders". shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. You agree not to refuse ANY shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. We ship to 180+ countries in our list of supply chain. Be informed in some cases, small items might be missing original packing, due to bulk supply from manufacturer (items like bolts, nuts, bushes etc...) We deal with such well known companies as UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS and Emirates Post (for Registered Parcel's). In most cases we dispatch parcels in 1-2 working days, if its an stock items. Glass(like windshields, side door glass) items requires wooden crate, subject to extra fee from 50-200 USD depends up on the sizes and destination country.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 6-8 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 60 days after we receive your return.

Return parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 7 days of receiving your order. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of 20% (10$ minimum) on ALL returned parts. Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund. Parts that are returned as wrong parts or defective are subject to a full restocking fee. Parts returned as wrong part or defective will be subject to the rules above. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded. Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. No exceptions. Please keep your tracking information send a copy tracking number to this is your proof of return.

Refund has the right to refund money the same way it has been received. If parts were not available in stock or supplied less quantity - funds will be returned back including shipping charges for each item. has a right to supply less quantity or cancel the order completely. We do not refund difference for parts, that were supplied as substitutions.

Cancellation policy

Customer has a right to cancel order if the order has not been shipped yet. If status of the order is showing status "Paid" in this case customer has a right to cancel order and will receive a full refund without any charges. If order has been shipped already, you can request the "Return" please refer to Return Policy.


All damages or defective items should be informed to our email: within 7 days from time of receiving package. Otherwise Al Meerath Motors LLC ( team will not cover the loss.
